Buckets, vats, troughs, bowls, I don't care how you serve them just make sure you have plenty of em'. I am talking mashed potatoes. The ultimate comfort food. A must at any turkey day meal and appropriate pretty much any time of the year. What makes Thanksgiving mashed potatoes better than the rest ? Gravy people, it's the gravy. Oh man! I LOVE me some mashed potatoes! Especially with some butter, sour cream, cheese and green onion- yes, I like them heavy! I didn't make them for thanksgiving, so they didn't come out right, LOL. I think I need to make them again soon!
