Time to unplug from technology and life and spend a little quality time with yourself. Kick back, relax and soak it all in. No phones, emails, face book. If you want to read, bring a real book, turn the pages yourself, dog ear the page you leave off on and when you are through, throw that book into your bag- don't worry you won't damage it, it's paper. I know this sounds a little self centered but it's all about me, me, me. It's the ultimate recharging of your batteries.
