I am not sure why they are called Magic Bars, maybe because they "disappear" right before your eyes. Yummy, incredible, wow, ohhhh so good is what you will be saying in between mouthfuls of these little pieces of heaven. Usually I bust these out around Christmas but this year I couldn't wait. As you all know I have a deep love for coconut and I've been craving these since last year. Double or triple the recipe cause you won't be able to keep them in the house for long.xxoo,
