So I was going to write a piece on the weather changing and how it was time for soups and stews when all of a sudden BAM! It's friggin 97 degrees and all I can think about is ice cold cantaloupe and a tall cold glass of beer. Seriously I've been trying to prolong summer as much as possible that I think I had just resigned to the fact that Fall was here and went about my business picking out which boots and sweater dresses to wear. So today I've got the tank top, shorts and flip flops on and will be having this yummy
Chicken Tostada for lunch. Thank you Mother nature!
