Okay, so I am a little obsessed. I do it everyday - sometimes twice a day. It makes me think better - clears my head. Music helps. Loud sing it into your hair brush rock star loud. I can go faster, longer, harder with the music blasting. The best thing about being totally obsessed are the results. Body leaner, skin clearer, I can breathe deeper. The more I do it the better I feel. Exercise it does a body good
